- The reservations and timing that make everything fit
The All-Inclusive approach
The stay, the table, the ride, the way in—and the people worth sharing it with. You choose the departure. Sal turns everything after airfare into one thoughtfully paced experience.
The whole point
No lanyards. No clipboard energy. No checks to split or logistics to chase. The trip feels generous, personal, and easy—not packaged.
What “all” means
The exact inclusions vary by departure and will be stated in the trip-specific booking terms. The principle stays the same: the moving pieces become one coherent experience.
Only items expressly identified in a departure’s written booking materials are included. Personal purchases, optional activities, and other exclusions remain the traveler’s responsibility.
Who comes
Every departure is intentionally small. The company matters as much as the destination.
Sal hosts.
A grown-up bonding trip with excellent food, great drinks, something worth doing, and no group-chat planning spiral.
Come back with stories, not a matching T-shirt.
Sal + his wife host.
Time together without doing all the work to get there. Beautiful tables, easy company, and room for the two of you.
Shared with the group. Never swallowed by it.
Sal + his daughter host.
Places adults are excited about, paced so kids can love them too. Family time without the family planning load.
Good for the kids. Still genuinely good.
From touchdown on
Chosen for how the trip feels, not for how many stops fit on a list.
A considered arrival and the first good decision already made.
A stay selected for service, atmosphere, and where it puts us.
Culture, food, and experiences with a point of view—not a generic top-ten list.
Dinners, drinks, pacing, and the little logistics handled before they become yours.
The All Sal feel
Taste is not a dress code. It is the room that feels right, the table worth lingering over, and the freedom to enjoy it without thinking about the machinery behind the trip.
Meet Sal
“The best parts are rarely where everyone else is looking.”
Sal is a middle-40s entrepreneur and software builder, a former lawyer, with a sharp instinct for what should feel effortless and what should feel special.
With his wife and daughter, he has traveled throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, and the United States—skiing, getting outside, chasing culture, and occasionally building a whole day around a great glass of wine or cocktail.
He is always looking for the tucked-away bar, the random best lunch in a place no one mentioned, and the kind of adventure that gets better because the right people are there to laugh about it. All Sal is that instinct, made shareable: considered luxury, a little surprise, and a beautifully curated experience with room to actually live in it.
